The Director of Finance and Human Resources is responsible for managing financial, human
resource, and administrative functions. This includes assisting the Business Owner with
budget preparation; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing
and maintaining an effective system of accounting; managing the payroll system and
maintaining accurate financial records for audit.

The position is also responsible for the day to day operations of Human Resources, which includes responsibilities in functional areas such as, employee relations, training and development, benefits, Human Resource Information System
(HRIS), executive administration, and compensation. The position works in collaboration with other administrative team members.

The position also act an integrator in key business functions such as:

- Develop and improve systems, policies and procedures

- Execute the business plan

- Lead, Manage and Hold team members accountable

- Manage People, Process and Metrics

- Run team meetings

Experience and Strength Preferred:

- QuickBooks

- Asana (create workflows and document processes)

- Ability to learn new software, specifically QuickBooks integration partners.
